Alpari, a Russian large forex broker, reported that its trading volume in May was $89 billion instead of $91.8 billion in April this year.

The highest trading volume was seen in trading of GBPUSD (8%) and EURJPY (19%). At the same time, trading of EURUSD dropped to the lowest this year.

In May Alpari offered MT5 platform for working on ECN accounts. It also added a number of new features to its binary options trading platform including a bonus bank.

Recently the Bank of Russia refused to give it a forex broker license. There will be considered a number of limitations for forex brokers in Russia whose services would be available to the so called “qualified investor” only – a person having enough money, a special education and investment experience.
