The number of oil rigs actively operative within the U.S. rose for the fourth time in 5 weeks by eleven rigs, currently totaling 341, in step with Baker Hughes. At this point last July, drillers were running 640 rigs.

That demand can continue to grow and hit ten million barrels per day or higher. There is over enough inventory to satisfy driver demands.

The currentl demand for gasoline is 9.8 million barrels per day, the highest since August 2007.

In the fourth quarter the costs might drop as client demand dwindles.
